Postnatal Doula Support
I can provide in person or virtual support during your postnatal period to suit your needs. This can include debriefing your birth experience, supporting you with breastfeeding, answering your questions & in person, cooking you a nutritious meal, light domestic help, holding the baby while you sleep, taking the dog for a walk, whatever you need so you are able to recover and adjust to life as a new parent. As a qualified reflexologist I can also provide relaxing foot massage treatments to aid your recovery & help you to heal.
I offer three different packages & gift vouchers are available so your friends & family can help you cover the cost of your support.
Included in every package is a 30 minute postnatal planning session before your birth & WhatsApp support during our time working together.
I am a qualified, Doula UK recognised postnatal doula with specialist training in birth trauma recovery from the Traumatic Birth Recovery School. I have also taken cultural & LGBTQ+ competency training to be a fully inclusive doula.
I live in Bromley but cover the whole of South East London up to a maximum of 1 hour journey time from me to you but I can offer virtual support to you where ever you are in the world via zoom.
Postnatal Doula Packages:
Virtual postnatal doula £500
-x2 virtual sessions per week for 6 weeks.
-whatsapp support between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
-information document about what to expect from your newborn
-someone to talk to in those early weeks so you can ask questions or just off load

Signature postnatal doula package £1000
-x2 in person visits for 6 weeks, morning or afternoon
-whatsapp support between 8am-8pm Mon - Friday
-help with breastfeeding, chores, nutritious meals, listening support & help with siblings
-unlimited email support
